- Floor Supervisor is responsible for the dedicated supervision of Stateroom stewards.
- Compliance with all housekeeping procedures as per Hotel Operations
- Compliance with Safety Management procedures relating to the Housekeeping Department.
- Compliance with all United States Public Health Regulations.
- Brief stateroom stewards and assistant stateroom stewards on scheduled duties and daily tasks ensuring follow up of all tasks are completed to standard in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all information and special requirements regarding staterooms for embarkation and cruise days are passed on and followed up.
- Completion of work orders and update of the Hotel Maintenance report on daily basis.
- Liaison with VIP guests and suits guests on daily basis to ensure all needs are met.)
- Continual training and guidance of Stateroom Stewards and assistant stateroom stewards (hotel Staff) in procedures and company standards.
- Ensure that stewards (Hotel Staff) are supplied with the equipment and items required to complete daily routine and tasks.
- Complete performance reviews and procedural paperwork for stateroom stewards and assistant stateroom stewards.
- Completion of ratings charts for stateroom stewards weekly performance.
- Contribute to meetings and communicate, cooperate fully with the other departments.
- Perform other duties related to Supervision as directed by the Housekeeping Manager etc.
- Dealing with CPG ( Crew payment System)
- Training personnel, inspection of given tasks regarding crew, interviewing.

- Supervising Bedroom staff and set up of the cabins to the Cunard standard
- Reporting and dealing with all matters that occur on the deck
- Producing a deep cleaning schedule for the deck on a voyage basis.

- Keeping a proper filing system for all inspection forms,rotas, passenger info.

o The ordering and maintaining of embarkation champagne on a voyage basis and accounting the customs declaration requirements
o Liaising with other departments around the ship
o Informing staff gratuity claims and organizing department administration for the payment of staff gratuities via the wages system on a voyage basis..
o Filing and updating of personnel records
